How to Reinstate a CPIDroid Campaign?

If Campaign is Suspended:

  • Please go to Manage Campaign page (login required) and click "Stats (Overview)" button under "Actions" column, it will open a popup with basic campaign details and stats.
  • Look for a "Campaign Debug" button and click it, it will take you a Campaign Debug page.
  • At Campaign Debug page, you may see some observations which may help you understand why campaign was suspended. 
  • Once you have fixed the tracking issues, you can click "Reinstate" button to reinstate the campaign.
  • If you are sure the campaign tracking setup will work properly this time then you may run the campaign, otherwise it will suspend again and you will have to reinstate it again.
  • If you are NOT sure on tracking, we would recommend you to terminate your campaign to avoid further traffic losses.
