How to Auto Reinstate (AI) a CPIDroid Campaign?

Your campaign may automatically be stopped (status will change to paused or review or suspended) in case CR is low or tracking integration is faulty or campaign is not performing well. You need to check Campaign Activity logs to understand the issue and fix it, then you can reinstate your campaign using below options:-

Auto Reinstate (AI):-

• Please go to Manage Tracking page (login required) to check your campaign tracking health.
• Look for "Tracking Assistant" button under "Actions" column and click it, it take you to Tracking Assistant page. 
• At Tracking Assistant page, there you can choose one or more of the Auto-Reinstate Criteria such as:
  - Install Postback Tested
  - Event Postback Tested
  - Lost Postbacks Resent
  - No Suspension History
  - Good Campaign CR
  - Good Campaign Budget
  - Good Account Balance
  - Good Account Standing
  ...etc.
• Each criteria have it's own score points, click "Check Eligibility" button, if you score 100+ points, then an "Auto-Reinstate Campaign" button will reveal and you can click it to release the campaign from suspension by your self.
• If you are sure the campaign tracking setup will work properly this time then you may run the campaign, otherwise it will suspend again and you will have to reinstate it again.
• If you are NOT sure on tracking, we would recommend you to terminate your campaign to avoid further traffic losses.

Manual Reinstate:-

• Please go to Manage Campaign page (login required) and click "View Campaign" button under "Actions" column, it will open a popup with basic campaign details and stats.
• Look for a "Campaign Debug" button and click it, it will take you a Campaign Debug page.
• At Campaign Debug page, you may see some observations which may help you understand why campaign was suspended. 
• Once you have fixed the tracking issues, you can click "Reinstate" button to reinstate the campaign.
• If you are sure the campaign tracking setup will work properly this time then you may run the campaign, otherwise it will suspend again and you will have to reinstate it again.
• If you are NOT sure on tracking, we would recommend you to terminate your campaign to avoid further traffic losses.
